Greetings Justin Hayward fans,

We are writing to thank you for your patience on Sunday as we navigated through something that has never happened in our 19 years of existence. The Triple Door’s PA management processor failed about half way through the day. We did everything in our power to find a replacement, even asking other venues if they could help out. Eventually we found a work around with a different system which required a lot of physical reconfiguring and reprogramming.

While we did get the system online, the decision was made mutually between the Triple Door & Justin Hayward’s team that it wasn’t up to par with the high quality we are all accustomed to. Justin and his band were ready to play and we were ready for them until a critical piece of equipment hindered the process. We will be rescheduling Justin for 2023, but have yet to nail down any specific date.

VIP Merch tickets were sold via a 3rd party VIP platform, One Live.

You should have received an email from them directly.

The VIP Ticketing company One Live has processed all refunds on June 2nd. Please allow 5-7 business days for it to post to your account.

We are offering two options for this reschedule: please email mike@thetripledoor.net with your choice and include your order number!

1) A patron credit to your account with us. Patron credits never expire and can be used for any show at our venue in the future. You will be alerted and get first crack at tickets before the general public, using your applied credit when a new date for Justin Hayward has been confirmed. Please consider this option as a credit helps venues such as ourselves stay afloat especially after being shut down due to the pandemic for 15 months.

2) A refund to your original purchase method.
